When you book breakfast or a cooking class
Your name, phone number or WhatsApp number, email address if you give one, the address you want delivery to, your order and delivery date, and anything you tell us about allergies or dietary needs. We need this to prepare and deliver your order and to contact you about it.
When you order from our shop
Your name, delivery address, phone number, email address and order details, handled by WooCommerce on this website. We need this to fulfil, ship and account for your order.
When you buy the digital recipe book
Payment and delivery happen at our Ko-fi shop, not on this website. Ko-fi and PayPal collect and process your payment details under their own privacy policies; we never see your card details. We receive the information about the sale that Ko-fi and PayPal share with us, such as your name and email address.
When you contact us on WhatsApp
Your WhatsApp number, profile name and the messages you send. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy.
When you subscribe to our newsletter
Your email address, handled through MailPoet on this website. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
When you simply visit the website
Standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and how you arrived. This comes from our hosting provider’s logs and from Jetpack statistics, and is used to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful.

This website sets cookies that are necessary for it to work — for example remembering your shopping cart and keeping your session secure. It also loads services that may set their own cookies or collect usage data:

How long we keep it
- Booking and order records: as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- WhatsApp conversations: until they are no longer useful for serving you.
- Website statistics: as retained by our hosting provider and Jetpack.
How we protect it
This website is served over HTTPS, access to the administration area is restricted and password-protected, and we do not store card details — we never receive them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you marketing emails. Email info@marrakechveganbreakfast.com and we will deal with it. Deleting information attached to a completed order may be limited by our accounting obligations.
Children
This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Bookings should be made by an adult.
