Shipping & Delivery Policy

We do two different kinds of delivery: fresh breakfast to where you are staying in Marrakech, and jarred products shipped inside Morocco. This page explains both.

Fresh breakfast delivery in Marrakech

• Where: across Marrakech — riads and guesthouses in the Medina and the Kasbah, hotels and apartments in Gueliz and Hivernage, and Airbnbs and private apartments in the city. If you are staying somewhere else, ask us before you book and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
• When: every day, between 08:30 and 16:00. You choose your slot when you book and we confirm it.
• Notice: please order at least one day in advance. Everything is cooked after your order is confirmed.
• Fee: 25 MAD inside Marrakech, charged on top of your order.
• What we need from you: the name of your riad, hotel, Airbnb or apartment, the address, and a phone number that works on the morning of delivery. Derb addresses in the Medina are much easier to find by riad name, so please include it.
• On arrival: we call or message you. We cannot leave fresh food unattended at a door or with a stranger.
• Payment: cash on delivery — MAD, Euro, GBP or US Dollar. Change is given in MAD.

Shipping jarred products

• Where: inside Morocco only. We do not ship food products internationally.
• Cost: a flat 50 MAD per order, whatever you order and wherever in Morocco you are.
• Dispatch: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 working days of being confirmed.
• Arrival: delivery inside Morocco usually takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on where you are. These are estimates, not guarantees — once a parcel is with the carrier, its timing is not in our hands.
• Payment: cash on delivery, in MAD.
• Check before you pay: if the seal is broken, the jar is damaged or it is the wrong item, refuse the delivery — you pay nothing. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
• Wrong address or nobody home: the carrier will normally try again or hold the parcel. If it comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will contact you to arrange re-sending, and a further 50 MAD shipping fee applies.

Digital recipe book

Nothing is shipped. Payment and download are handled by our Ko-fi shop, and the file is available immediately after payment, with a download link also sent by email.

Delays

Severe weather, road closures, blocked access in the Medina, public holidays or carrier problems can delay a delivery. If your order is affected we will contact you as soon as we know, and if we cannot deliver at all you will not be charged.
