Looking for the best vegan brunch in Marrakech? After a late night or an early flight, most travellers want a slow, generous meal somewhere between breakfast and lunch, without having to explain “no butter, no honey, no eggs” in three languages. We are Dounia and Hassane, a Marrakech family who cook 100% plant-based Moroccan food, and this guide covers both options: a vegan brunch delivered to your riad, and the vegan-friendly cafés we suggest when you want to go out in Marrakesh.

Vegan brunch, delivered today
Order up to 16:00, same day if your slot is at least one hour away. 45 MAD delivery in the Medina and Gueliz, cash on delivery.
Vegan brunch delivered to your riad, hotel or Airbnb
Our kitchen runs delivery slots every 30 minutes from 08:30 to 16:00, which makes a late-morning brunch easy: book an 11:00 or 12:30 slot and eat on your riad terrace instead of queuing at a café. Everything is cooked the same morning for confirmed orders only, packed to travel, and carried on foot for the last part into the Medina derbs where cars cannot go.
- When: any day, 08:30–16:00. Same-day orders are accepted for slots at least one hour away.
- Where: riads, hotels, Airbnbs and guesthouses across Marrakech.
- Delivery: 45 MAD in the Medina and Gueliz; 100–150 MAD elsewhere, depending on distance (the online form adds 100 MAD and we confirm the final fee on WhatsApp).
- Payment: cash on delivery in MAD, euros, pounds or dollars.
Build your own Moroccan vegan brunch
A good brunch mixes something warm, something fresh and something sweet. These are real dishes from our breakfast and lunch menu, all plant-based:
| Part of brunch | Dishes from our menu | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Moroccan pancakes | Msemen (20 MAD), msemen with onion (30 MAD), beghrir sponge pancake (20 MAD), lmkhanfar thick pancake (35 MAD) | 20–35 MAD |
| Dips and spreads | Hummus with argan oil (35 MAD), pink beetroot hummus (45 MAD), natural vegan amlou with almonds and argan oil (65 MAD) | 35–65 MAD |
| Savoury and warm | Avocado with seeds (30 MAD), Moroccan lentils (45 MAD), white bean stew (45 MAD), mini vegetable tagine (120 MAD), vegetable couscous for 2 (270 MAD) | 30–270 MAD |
| Moroccan salads | Zaalouk aubergine, taktouka pepper and tomato, mashed carrot with red olives (45 MAD each), courgette salad (35 MAD), Moroccan salsa (25 MAD) | 25–45 MAD |
| Sweet and fresh | Fruit salad bowl with nuts (60 MAD) | 60 MAD |
| Drinks | Fresh orange juice (30 MAD), Moroccan mojito, cucumber-orange, carrot-orange with cinnamon (40 MAD each) | 30–40 MAD |
For two people we like: one msemen with onion, two beghrir, beetroot hummus, zaalouk, avocado with seeds, a fruit bowl and two fresh juices. For a heavier brunch that replaces lunch, add the lentils or the mini vegetable tagine.

Vegan-friendly brunch cafés in Marrakech
Prefer to go out? These places have vegan or clearly vegan-friendly dishes in the morning and early afternoon. None of the Gueliz cafés below is a 100% vegan kitchen, so ask about butter, milk and eggs every time. Details were last checked in October 2026; hours change, especially during Ramadan.
- Earth Café, 2 Derb Zawak, Rue Riad Zitoun el Kedim, Medina: a small vegetarian café with vegan dishes, close to Jemaa el-Fnaa.
- Marrakech Henna Art Café, 35 Derb Sqaya, Riad Zitoun Lakdim, Medina: rooftop café with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes, and henna art in the same building.
- Mandala Society, 159 Rue Riad Zitoun el Jdid, Medina: bowls, toasts and plant milk coffee. It is meat-free but also serves fish, so it is vegan-friendly rather than vegan.
- Monquotidien, 41–43 Rue Yougoslavie, Gueliz: a modern café open 07:00–23:00 according to its own site, with dishes that can be adapted; ask for the vegan options.

What to check before ordering brunch in Marrakech
- Butter and smen: msemen, harcha and baghrir are often cooked or brushed with butter. Ask for olive oil.
- Honey: served with pancakes and mixed into some amlou. Ask for jam, or amlou sweetened with dates or sugar.
- Milk and cheese: coffee, smoothies and “Moroccan breakfast” plates often include cow’s milk, cheese triangles or yoghurt.
- Eggs: a standard riad breakfast usually comes with an omelette or boiled eggs, and some pancake batters contain egg.
- Meat stock: if your brunch includes soup such as harira, it is usually made with meat stock; bissara is normally the safer choice.
Useful phrase in Darija: “bla zebda, bla ‘assel, bla hlib, bla bid” (no butter, no honey, no milk, no eggs). In French: “sans beurre, sans miel, sans lait, sans œuf”. French-speaking visitors looking for a brunch végan à Marrakech can read our page in French.

Yes. Choose a pack or individual dishes on our booking form, pick a slot up to 16:00 (same-day orders are fine if the slot is at least one hour away) and confirm on WhatsApp at +212 673 991614. Delivery is 45 MAD in the Medina and Gueliz and 100–150 MAD elsewhere in Marrakech, paid in cash.
What is in a Moroccan vegan brunch?

How much does a vegan brunch cost in Marrakech?
Our packs cost 135 MAD (Solo), 270 MAD (Couple), 385 MAD (Family) and 455 MAD (Premium), plus delivery. Single dishes start at 20 MAD. Café brunches in the Medina and Gueliz usually cost more per person; check the menu before you sit down.
